河内臺灣教育資訊中心華語教師杜文棠老師從 2009 年來到了美麗的越南，今（ 2011 ）年 6 月底即將返回臺灣，兩年半的時間裏， 杜老師 在越南熱心地推廣華語文教學，留下了美好的回憶。臨別之際，依依不捨之情湧上心頭，一首 “ 我愛越南 ” 唱出了對越南的款款深情，也唱出了臺灣與越南之間永恒的友誼。
